Join to apply for the Conflicts Coordinator role at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP.

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a Conflicts Coordinator to support the Conflicts Team. The Conflicts Coordinator will review conflicts reports, collaborate with Firm personnel and attorneys to identify conflict issues, maintain conflicts database information, and review staff and attorney intake materials. This is a remote position, with locations in NC, SC, GA, and AL.

The working hours are: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM ET, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM MST/PST.

Responsibilities
  1. Review, vet, and process requests for conflicts searches.
  2. Perform corporate research and conflicts checks to generate conflicts reports.
  3. Coordinate with the General Counsel’s Office on lateral hire and new business intake conflicts.
  4. Review conflict database details and prepare summaries for firm lawyers and the General Counsel’s Office.
  5. Discuss conflicts data and potential actions with attorneys and firm personnel.
  6. Prepare conflicts documentation related to conflict queries.
  7. Maintain and update the conflicts database.
  8. Follow best practices and stay current with process improvements.
  9. Contribute to other conflicts-related projects as needed.
Requirements
  1. Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent education and three years of related experience.
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform duties satisfactorily.
  3. Excellent client service, with strong oral and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  5. Effective communication, accuracy, and good judgment.
  6. Capacity to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  7. Punctuality and satisfactory attendance are essential.
  8. Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  9. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  10. Experience with Intapp intake/conflicts software is a plus.
