As a Configurator Systems Integration Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role in transforming engineering concepts into integrated, reliable products and technologies that help power the industries that build our world. This position serves as a cross-product integration role supporting convergence, commonality, strategy, and technical alignment across multiple Load & Haul product lines. You will collaborate with engineering teams across Large Wheel Loaders, Wheel Dozers, Compactors, Wheel Tractor Scrapers, Articulated Trucks, and other Load & Haul platforms to drive system integration, platform consistency, and enterprise-wide engineering solutions. Bachelor's degree from an accredited Engineering or related technical curriculum.
Apply advanced analytical techniques to break down complex engineering challenges, evaluate alternatives, assess risks, and drive data-based decisions.
Understand interactions between components, subsystems, and technologies while identifying dependencies, constraints, and root causes across complex systems.
Utilize structured troubleshooting and diagnostic methods to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and implement effective technical resolutions.
Develop and execute engineering plans, monitor progress against objectives, and adapt strategies to meet evolving program requirements.
Communicate technical information clearly and effectively with engineers, suppliers, manufacturing teams, and business stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience supporting product development, system integration, component integration, engineering validation, prototype development, or related engineering programs.
