Job Description Job Summary: The Configuration Manager (CM) / Procurement Action Officer is responsible for establishing and maintaining configuration control of missile design drawings, engineering documents, technical procedures, test reports, specifications, CDRL documents, monthly reports, and other program documentation throughout the system lifecycle. The individual ensures that approved technical baselines are accurately documented, controlled, released, and traceable in accordance with program, customer, and regulatory requirements. In addition, the position serves as the primary Action Officer for equipment and material procurements supporting missile range and test operations. The candidate will provide comprehensive tracking, coordination, and status reporting of procurement actions from requirement identification through delivery and fielding. This role requires close coordination with engineering, operations, logistics, supply chain, vendors, and government stakeholders to ensure mission-critical equipment and technical documentation are available, accurate, and aligned with approved program configurations.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance required. Active Secret clearance preferred. Eligibility to work with export-controlled and classified technical information.
