Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 2+ years in config mgmt or related field, or 0+ with Master's.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; TS/SCI access required.
• Experience with configuration management, documentation control, and records management in DoD or aerospace.
• Familiar with version control and document repositories.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, software, cybersecurity, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Support change tracking, identification, status accounting, and baseline management.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, manuals, and system records.
• Support CCBs, engineering reviews, and change management processes.
• Track baselines across mission environments.
• Assist with audit readiness and documentation verification.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Develop discrepancy reports and change requests.
• Support version control and release management for docs and baselines.
• Assist with records management and document lifecycles.
• Drive continuous process improvement for configuration integrity.
• Ensure compliance with program security, operations, and quality standards.
