Job summary

Southeastern Computer Consultants, Inc. (SCCI) seeks a Configuration Management Analyst II to provide CM support for a Combat System program. The role is on-site in Dahlgren, VA, supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center, with a full benefits package.

Responsibilities cover CM planning, identification, status accounting, control, audits and data management, plus preparing documentation, meetings, and reports. Requires an active secret clearance and 3–5 years in CM/asset management.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance.
• High school diploma required.
• 3–5 years in configuration/asset management.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform CM/data management: planning, identification, status accounting, control and audits.
• Attend Baseline and working group meetings; produce brief docs and status.
• Prepare plans and reports for assigned programs and customers.
• Represent CM in meetings; communicate CM concerns and drive issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain CM processes and SOPs.
• Audit equipment to LRU; distribute audit reports.
• Manage software releases and distribution; process software for distribution.
• Track hardware, software and documentation receipt, movement and shipping.
• Process SCINs using current ticketing/audit systems.
• Conduct weekly facility walkthroughs and document changes.
