As a Configuration/Integration Lead, you will:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Configuration/Integration Lead with expertise in HealthEdge technology to oversee and execute system configuration, integration, and optimization for our healthcare solutions. As a key member of our team, you will lead efforts to ensure seamless integration between systems and efficient configuration of HealthEdge applications, enabling smooth operational workflows and enhanced system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. System Configuration: Lead the configuration of HealthEdge platforms (e.g., HealthRules Payor) to align with business and operational requirements.
  2. Integration Oversight: Design, develop, and manage integrations between HealthEdge and other enterprise applications using industry-standard protocols and best practices.
  3. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical configuration and integration solutions.
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure configurations and integrations meet quality standards through rigorous testing, validation, and performance tuning.
  5. Project Leadership: Lead integration and configuration projects, providing timelines, deliverables, and guidance to project teams.
  6. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
  7. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, integration workflows, and processes.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with IT, development, and business teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with industry standards.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize HealthEdge configurations and integration processes for better performance and user satisfaction.
Required Skills:
  1. Experience: 10-12 years
  2. HealthEdge Expertise: Proven experience with HealthEdge technology, particularly HealthRules Payor or other core HealthEdge solutions.
  3. Integration Skills: Strong knowledge of integration methodologies, including APIs, HL7, FHIR, EDI, and other healthcare interoperability standards.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with integration tools and platforms, scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and database systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
  5. Project Management: Experience managing configuration and integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  6. Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare operations, claims processing, and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  7. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a focus on quality outcomes.
  8. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience with DevOps tools and practices to support continuous integration and delivery.
  2. Knowledge of cloud-based environments and deployment models.
  3. Familiarity with other healthcare IT systems and technologies.
  4. Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams or initiatives.
Education Skills:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $96,500 - $113,500 Per Year
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
