Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a Configuration/Data Manager to support the HC/MC-130 Recapitalization program at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. The role focuses on CM/DM, documentation, and data integrity across hardware and software baselines, with emphasis on audits, CCBs, and status tracking.

Candidates should have a bachelor's or master's in a related field and several years of DoD experience; proficiency with CM/DM tools, data analysis, and technical reporting is expected.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
• Education/Experience: Bachelor's or master's with DoD experience or seven years with certifications.
• Technical skills: CM/DM tools, data analysis, and documentation in accordance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform configuration and data management tasks per the Work Statement.
• Prepare and deliver finished products in various formats, classified and unclassified.
• Provide advisory support for CM/DM activities and maintain action items.
• Assist in configuration management for hardware and software and review specs for compliance.
• Generate and maintain tracking systems for specs, SCN comments, and changes.
• Support change proposals, including distribution and tracking to closure.
• Perform the CCB Secretariat duties and prepare reports and charts.
• Participate in formal technical reviews and readiness reviews.
• Support FCA, PCA, audits, and data release processes.
• Maintain records for specifications, parts lists, and change control documents.
• Assist with Data Item Descriptions, CDRLs, and data calls.
