Carrier is seeking a Configuration Associate II to refurbish/recycle returned equipment for resale. You will follow work instructions, perform QC on multiple product lines, and ensure documentation and processes meet quality standards. The role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with opportunities for overtime, and requires basic MS Office skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• At least 6 months of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to ~50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Configure and program electronic devices per customer specs or orders.
• Label devices and use barcode scanner.
• Read and follow operation procedures; prepare and ship devices with required docs.
• Coordinate with production leads, supervisor and manager; work cross-functionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized 5S work environment; support overtime as needed.
