Job summary

TCRC in Santa Barbara is seeking a Confidential Information Systems Analyst to provide technical support for computers, software, networks, and telecommunications. The role covers end-user computing, hardware/software configuration, administration, and maintenance.

You will handle IS purchases, inventory, licensing, and decommissioning, with access to confidential materials. This is a full-time, hourly position with starting pay $39.98-$44.78 and full range $39.98-$58.00.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred in computer science or closely related field, or equivalent training.
• 5+ years experience in computer systems technical support, familiarity with LANs/WANs, standard PC software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, software, networks and telecommunication systems.
• Manage End User computing experience including hardware/software configuration, administration, and maintenance.
• Handle IS purchases, inventory, licensing, and decommissioning.
• Maintain confidentiality due to access to confidential materials.
• Perform additional projects as assigned.
