The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Candy/Confections Cook to join our pastry team. You will assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of a wide range of desserts, working closely with our Pastry Chefs to elevate our dessert offerings.

Qualifications

• WA State Food Handler's Card.
• Minimum 2 years pastry experience.
• College degree or certification in culinary field/hospitality field preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates.
• Read, write and speak and understand English.
• Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them.

Responsibilities
