Requirements

1. 6 to 12+ Years’ Experience
2. Proven hands-on network engineering experience.
3. CCNP / CCIE or higher
4. Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
5. Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
6. Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
7. Any Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
8. Knowledge on SD WAN, Valo SDWAN Cloud.
9. Hands-on experience on Palo ALTO / NSX-T Datacenter.
10. Hands-on experience on Load balancers (F5/ AVI) is an added advantage.
11. Scripting knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

1. Planning and Implementation of project assigned.
2. Design, implement and maintain firewall, ACLs, network security group (NSG), routing.
3. Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).
4. Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
5. Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
6. Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
7. Providing Level-3/4 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
8. Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
9. Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team.
10. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
