Power Investment Inc is hiring a FedEx Driver to deliver packages across Rogers, MN and surrounding areas. You will operate a delivery vehicle, load, sort, and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs while providing professional customer service.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the stamina to lift up to 75 lbs. Weekend availability and reliability are required, with background checks and drug screening as part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a FedEx delivery vehicle along assigned routes in and around Rogers, MN.
• Load, sort, and organize packages for efficient daily delivery.
• Deliver and pick up packages in a timely and professional manner.
• Scan and track packages using handheld devices to ensure accurate delivery records.
• Communicate with dispatch and ISP management regarding route updates or issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe delivery vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service during every delivery interaction.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily delivery deadlines
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physical outdoor environments
• Previous delivery, driving, or logistics experience is a plus but not required
• Must be available on the weekends
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must speak English
