Culligan of Mechanicsburg is seeking a Route Driver to join our team. You will deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses on a designated route, handle invoicing and collections, and deliver a high degree of service that exceeds customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent GED.
• 1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not required
• A valid driver’s license and arrest free driving record
• Pass drug screening
• Pass Department of Transportation physical when required
• Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
• Detail-oriented, highly organized
• Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationships
• Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
• Clean and professional appearance
• Able to regularly lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses on an efficient and timely manner
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders, and collect related monies and issue invoices
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting a customer-focused service style
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations
• Uphold cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment
• End-of-route supervisor check-ins with daily recaps

Culligan Water is currently seeking a Route Driver to join our team. The Route Driver performs deliveries along a specific route and handles invoicing and collections. Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers.
