Qualifications

• 1–7 years of experience defending condo/coop boards in inter-building disputes.
• Experience drafting pleadings, legal research, motions, and oral advocacy.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admission to the New York Bar is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from pleadings to trial.
• Draft and review pleadings, perform legal research, and argue motions.
• Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements when appropriate.
