Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; able to read safety procedures and assembly drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture condenser bushings to meet procedures, specs, and customer requirements.
• Read and follow safety procedures, work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Handle epoxy, solvents, mold releases, adhesives and machined components.
• Train on new equipment and processes within the O Plus Dry condenser bushing area.
• Adhere to production load plans and schedules; maintain quality and quantity standards.
• Wear required PPE including steel toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves, and PAPR as needed.
