Job summary

BMW of North America currently seeks a hands-on logistics associate to support warehouse activities including picking, packing, shipping and reverse logistics. You will help release and distribute work assignments, monitor daily workload status, and assist with reporting and claims processing.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment at our facility. Prior SAP experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years logistics/distribution experience preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse activities for picking, packing, shipping of reverse logistics and inventory control.
• Release, troubleshoot, sort, and distribute order/work assignments to operational staff.
• Regularly monitor status of daily workload completion throughout assigned area.
• Responsible for daily key performance reporting in assigned area.
• Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Responsible for researching, submitting, and processing claims.
• Support inventory control through stock checks, cycle counts and stock removal.

Relocation is not available for this position.

This role requires full time attendance in the facility.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $22.75.

The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
