HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS in Houston, TX seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our neurology-focused practice. Flexible part-time or full-time opportunities are available, with competitive compensation in the range of $155K–$175K annually for full-time.

The role includes comprehensive assessments, treatment planning for concussion and mild TBI, and close collaboration with physicians.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA certification and active Texas licensure.
• Neurology experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and care coordination skills.
• Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and review medical histories.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for neurological conditions.
• Address pain and related symptoms with appropriate therapies.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
