Job summary

Trillium Construction in Spring Lake Park, MN is seeking Concrete Workers to set up forms, place concrete, install barriers, and help finishers on site. The role requires at least 2 years of concrete experience and reliable transportation.

The position offers a pay rate of $28-$30 per hour plus a per diem of $125 for a full schedule week, with Monday–Friday work and additional Saturdays as needed. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Set, align, and brace concrete forms, including edge forms, curb forms, and rebar/mesh placement.
• Install vapor barriers, expansion joints, and other pre-pour components per plans and specs.
• Load, transport, and place concrete using wheelbarrows, buggies, chutes, or pump lines.
• Spread, screed, and consolidate concrete to proper grade and thickness.
• Operate vibrators to remove air pockets and ensure proper consolidation.
• Assist finishers with floating, edging, jointing, and troweling as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools including shovels, rakes, tampers, saws, and compactors.
• Use hand tools for form setting, stripping, and cleanup (hammers, wrenches, levels, chalk lines).
• Operate small equipment such as plate compactors, cut-off saws, and power trowel.
