Craftsmen Resources LLC is seeking a Concrete Laborer to support pouring, finishing, and repairing concrete across commercial and industrial sites in Oklahoma. The role is full-time and on-site, with opportunities for overtime as needed.

You will work with carpenters and finishers to prepare job sites and maintain equipment. The position requires lifting 50+ lbs, operating hand and power tools, and following safety protocols.

Formación

• 1+ years of concrete labor or concrete construction experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor: lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of concrete mixes, finishing techniques, and curing processes.
• Eagerness to learn new skills, follow instructions, and work collaboratively.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction card or willingness to obtain is a plus.
• Must have VALID OKLAHOMA DRIVERS LICENSE

Responsabilidades

• Mix, pour, and distribute concrete for slabs, footings, walls, and flatwork
• Operate hand and power tools such as bull floats, trowels, edgers, and saws
• Finish surfaces with screeding, floating, jointing, and applying curing compounds
• Clean tools and equipment and maintain a safe, organized work area
• Follow directions, adhere to safety protocols, and communicate effectively with your team

Concrete Laborer – Oklahoma

Lay the foundation of Oklahoma's infrastructure! We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Laborer to assist with pouring, finishing, and repairing concrete structures across commercial and industrial sites. Candidate must be capable of driving a half and 3/4 ton Truck to and from the site.

Position Overview

As a Concrete Worker, you will work alongside skilled carpenters and finishers to prepare job sites, mix and pour concrete, execute finishing techniques, and maintain equipment. This full-time, on-site role offers consistent hours with opportunities for overtime and career growth.

What You'll Do

Pay & Benefits

Pay Range: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: Day shift, Monday-Friday, with optional overtime
