Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking concrete finishers for a long-term prevailing wage project in the Quad Cities area. Pay is $54.16 per hour with 40+ hours a week and overtime possible; project ends end of November. Temp-to-hire for the right candidates; no per diem.

Experience ranges from concrete laborers to finishers; PPE and hand tools required. DS/background check is necessary for arsenal work. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial/industrial construction including concrete labor and finish work.
• Ability to pour, smooth, level and finish concrete surfaces.
• Experience with hand screeds, floats, and power trowels.
• Edging joints, brushing for slip-resistance, polishing surfaces to a smooth finish.
• Must wear basic PPE and have own hand tools.
• Must pass DS/background check for work on arsenal.

Trillium Construction is now hiring concrete finishers for a long-term prevailing wage project in the Quad Cites area.

Work is normally Monday-Friday, 40+ hours a week with some overtime. Pay is $54.16 an hour and this project is scheduled to last until the end of November. Temp-to-hire for the right candidates, otherwise work will last until the end of summer. No per diem.

Qualifications:

• Looking for candidates with commercial/industrial construction experience ranging from concrete laborers to form carpenters and finishers.
• Pours, smooths, levels, and finishes concrete surfaces for structures like floors, sidewalks, roads, and curbs.
• hand screeds, floats, and power trowels to bring water to the top and flatten the surface
• Edging joints, brushing surfaces for slip-resistance, or polishing surfaces to a smooth finish
• Must wear basic PPE and have hand tools for demo and concrete carpentry.
• Must be able to pass DS/background check for work on arsenal as well.
