Job summary

STRUCTURAL GROUP, INC. in Chicago, IL is seeking Concrete Technicians to support our concrete repair, demolition and finishing work on commercial projects. You will perform repair and placement tasks, install formwork, and assist with rebar work on active job sites.

Candidates should have 2+ years with a self-performing contractor, be able to pass training, wear a respirator, and hold a valid driver's license. TWIC card or willingness to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with a self-performing contractor, general contractor (GC), or specialty contractor.
• Willing to obtain a TWIC Card.
• Willing to wear a respirator.
• Reliable transportation and active driver's license to get to the site daily.

STRUCTURAL, is looking for Concrete Technicians to join our Chicago, IL team

Construction duties include:

• Concrete repair
• Concrete demolition
• Concrete placement and finishing
• Formwork / carpentry
• Rebar replacement
• Concrete Coating application
• Fireproofing Installation
• Structural Steel Welding
• Equipment Grouting

Successful candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this position:

• 2+ years of experience with a self-performing contractor, general contractor (GC), or specialty contractor. Preference will be given to those with concrete or concrete repair experience
• Must have or be willing to obtain a TWIC Card
• Must being willing to wear a respirator
• Able to pass written or computerized training
• Must have reliable transportation and active drivers license to get to the site daily.
