Qualifications

  • Oversee quality control and ensure the final product meets project and industry standards.
  • Track production metrics, labor hours, and material usage to support cost control.
  • Lead by example-maintaining a culture of accountability, safety, and craftsmanship.

Job Summary -

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee all field operations related to concrete construction across multiple projects. This role ensures that work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Concrete Superintendent manages field crews, coordinates with project leadership and subcontractors, and drives schedule and productivity to meet project deadlines and budget targets. Salary is depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities -

Qualifications/Requirements -

  • 7+ years of concrete construction experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or superintendent role
  • Proficient in reading construction documents and managing layout
  • Proven ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors on large job sites
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools and field documentation
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
  • Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
  • Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area.
