Job summary

Michels Road & Stone, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Concrete Saw Operator to cut concrete on active road and infrastructure projects. You will operate gasoline, electric, hydraulic and pneumatic saws, following safety protocols and working with a field crew on site.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of concrete paving experience and a valid driver’s license. The role may involve union shop conditions, training opportunities, and comprehensive benefits in a large contractor network.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of mainline concrete paving experience.
• Knowledge of gasoline, electric, hydraulic and pneumatic powered saws.
• Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement.
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Cut concrete using saws powered by gasoline, electric, hydraulic or pneumatic pressure on active construction projects.
• Follow safety protocols and work collaboratively with team members.
• Maintain and adjust equipment as needed to ensure proper operation.
