Job summary

Enterprise Precast Concrete Inc. in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join the Operations team.

You will report to the Quality Control Manager and perform inspections of forms, reinforcement, and finished products to uphold product quality. The role requires 1-2 years of QC concrete experience, ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure, and solid computer skills; PCI/ACI certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of QC concrete experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.
• ACI or PCI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-pour inspection of all forms, reinforcement, steel and inserts.
• Inspects all finished product.
• Ensures precast products are correctly marked.
• Maintains daily and project production records.
• Completes daily Quality Control documentation.

Enterprise Precast Concrete is the nation’s premier provider of high quality architectural precast components for decades. We provide products from architectural panels and custom architectural fabrication to site furnishings and design/build consultation. The Quality Control Technician will report to the Quality Control Manager within the Operations department.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Preforms pre-pour inspection of all forms, reinforcement, steel and inserts
• Inspects all finished product
• Ensures that all precast products are correctly marked
• Maintains daily and project production records
• Completes daily Quality Control documentation

Requirements

• ACI or PCI Certified (preferred)

• 1-2 years of QC concrete specific experience

• Ability to read blueprints and tape measure
• Good computer skills
