Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• PCI Level I certification or ability to obtain as directed by leadership.
• Ability to interpret shop drawings and job specifications.
• Solid math aptitude and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections, checks, and tests during production.
• Inspect materials, parts, and products at different stages of production.
• Record observations and recommend process improvements.
• Support safety and housekeeping in a noisy indoor/outdoor environment.
• Collaborate with production to resolve quality issues related to casting and concrete.
