Job summary

Knife River Idaho Division is seeking a Concrete Quality Control Technician in Boise, Idaho. You will perform materials sampling and testing, document results, and support quality control procedures to ensure concrete materials meet project specifications.

Preferred candidates hold ACI Field Grade 1 and WAQTC certifications, with 2+ years of relevant experience. The role may require travel and extended hours, with daily commuting to Idaho Falls/Twin Falls locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience with aggregate/concrete materials and testing procedures.
• Current/previous ACI-Field Grade 1 certifications and Idaho WAQTC aggregate certification preferred.
• Other material testing qualifications/certifications including WAQTC, ACI, NRMCA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Materials sampling and testing documentation/logging and various quality control procedures.
• Availability to work up to 7 days per week with varied/extended hours; travel out of town for short periods; daily commute to/from Idaho Falls and Twin Falls.
