Job description

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Concrete Production Worker, you will manage the entire production cycle of high‑quality precast concrete products, moving quickly between tasks to meet customer needs.

Reporting to the production supervisor, you will primarily work with the production, quality control, and yard teams.

• Setting up forms, installing inserts, and removing excess concrete.
• Reading production drawings.
• Finishing concrete with floats and other tools.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
