Hamilton‑Ryker is hiring a Concrete Production Technician in San Marcos, TX, on a temp-to-hire basis. Pay rate is $17.00–$20.00/hour with a Mon–Fri 7:00am–3:30pm schedule. You will build crates, load freight, operate forklifts, mix concrete, mold, and cast structures while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a construction or manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Build sturdy crates for safe transport of structures.
• Load and secure structures onto flatbed trucks.
• Operate heavy machinery including telehandlers, forklifts, scissor lifts.
• Mix concrete with small or large batch mixers as specified.
• Assist mold assembly and casting for accuracy.
• Spray concrete into molds with even coverage.
• Disassemble molds without damage to structures.
• Perform casting operations with precision.
• Carry out arc welding inside precast structures as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and proper tool storage.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist in other general labor tasks as needed.
• Maintain labor activity records and project progress.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement.
