Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a crew in concrete product manufacturing. You will supervise up to 10 workers, instruct on proper forming, tying steel, and finishing concrete, while maintaining tools and equipment safely. You will read blueprints and material lists to plan daily work and meet deadlines.

Regular full-time schedule with possible Saturday hours; strong attendance and reliability are essential. Prioritize safety and team morale while enforcing company policies.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read blueprints, material lists and guidelines.
  • Lead and train a crew to meet schedules and safety requirements.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds and operate safely in a production environment.

  • Ensure safety procedures are followed and report incidents.
  • Read blueprints and coordinate formwork, concrete placement and finishing.

Job description

Supervise a crew of production labor personnel in the production of concrete products. Perform tasks involving physical labor, including training and instruction on the proper way to tie steel, prepare forms, handle concrete, finish concrete and maintain tools in an effective and safe manner.
