This position is responsible for leading a general labor crew while supporting daily production activities in a hands‑on construction environment. The role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to blueprint specifications while coordinating with leadership to meet production schedules. It also plays a key part in mentoring team members, resolving issues, and supporting continuous improvement on the production floor.
