Job summary

McPherson Concrete Products, Inc. in McPherson, KS is hiring General Laborers for our concrete manufacturing facility. You will perform physical labor tasks at production and yard locations and operate a variety of hand and power tools to support daily production needs.

We require mechanical inclination, dependability, and flexibility with hours. A drug screen and physical are required, and steel-toed boots must be worn before start date.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug screen (UA) and physical.
• Steel-toed boots required before start date.
• Willing to work in environments with noise, dust, vibrations, heat, or cold.
• Ability to work 10 hour shifts and overtime as needed.
• Preferred: 6+ months of concrete/ construction experience or related heavy labor.
• Experience with concrete pouring, finishing, or rebar tying is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor tasks at production and yard locations.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Support the manufacturing team with day-to-day production needs.
