Job summary

Mesa Verde Enterprises Inc is seeking a Concrete Mixer Driver to safely operate a concrete mixer truck and deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites across Southern New Mexico and West Texas. The role requires vehicle inspections, proper mixing, and clear communication with dispatch and customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining truck cleanliness, adhering to MSHA/OSHA/DOT and local safety regulations, and performing minor vehicle maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid CDL is required or preferred as indicated by the job posting.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the concrete mixer truck.
• Operate mixer controls to mix and discharge concrete per specifications.
• Communicate delivery details with dispatch and customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and ensure it is debris-free.
• Assist with minor maintenance and report issues promptly.
• Maintain professionalism with dispatch, safety personnel, other drivers, and customers.
• Follow all company policies and safety regulations, MSHA/OSHA/DOT and local laws.
