Ruach Resources, LLC is seeking a dependable Concrete Mixer Driver with a Class B CDL to deliver ready-mix concrete from our Tioga, ND plant to jobsites in the area. You’ll drive front-discharge Oshkosh mixers and will be trained on the front-discharge process.

This full-time role offers a daytime schedule with home every night, overtime eligible and a $26.50 daily stipend on top of hourly wages. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Location: Tioga, ND

Job Type: Full-Time (50–60 hrs/week)

Home every night. Brand-new Oshkosh mixers. We'll train you on front-discharge.

About the Role: Ruach Resources is hiring a Class B CDL driver to deliver ready-mix concrete from our Tioga plant to job sites around the area. You'll drive front-discharge mixers, including brand-new Oshkosh S-Series trucks, with 5 more arriving in 2027. Front-discharge means you drive right up to the pour and control the chute from the cab. It's safer, faster, and easier on you than a rear-discharge truck. New to front-discharge? We'll train you.

How We Work: Ready-mix doesn't wait. A pour depends on the truck showing up on time, and our customers count on us. We need drivers who take pride in being dependable, treat customers right, and back each other up when the day gets busy.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver ready-mix concrete safely and on time
• Work with dispatch, contractors, and finishers on site
• Wash out and keep your truck clean
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues to the shop
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures

What You Need:

• Class B CDL with a clean driving record
• Able to work 50–60 hours per week
• Ready-mix experience a plus, but not required
• Reliable, safe, and good with customers
• Have a Class A? Even better. Our Class A drivers are cross-trained on side dumps for year-round hours.
