Advanced Concrete Solutions is seeking experienced Concrete Line / Trailer Pump Operators to join our family-owned team in Palm City, FL. The role requires safe operation of concrete trailer pumps, site communication, and adherence to safety procedures on construction sites.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience operating concrete trailer pumps.
• Clean driving record.
• Understanding and operational competency on hydraulic concrete line / trailer pumps.
• Must be capable of lifting more than 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in the hot sun.
• Strong knowledge of concrete pumping operations and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate concrete trailer pumps on construction sites
• Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed
• Set up and adjust concrete pumping equipment for efficient operation
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other personnel
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures
