Qualifications

• Experience in construction, concrete work, or general labor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing job sites for concrete pouring and finishing.
• Mix, pour, spread, and level concrete according to project specifications.
• Assist with setting up and removing concrete forms.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete concrete-related tasks.
• Perform concrete finishing duties, including smoothing and leveling surfaces.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
• Assist with installing reinforcement materials, including rebar and wire mesh.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow blueprints, measurements, and instructions provided by supervisors.
• Perform general construction and labor duties as assigned.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on schedule.
