QLM Skilled Trades is hiring General and Experienced Concrete Laborers for a long-term, full-time construction opportunity in North San Antonio, TX. The positions involve working outdoors and performing physically demanding tasks across concrete, rebar, and precast activities.

Experienced roles pay $18.00–$19.00/hr while general/inexperienced roles pay $16.00–$18.00/hr with approximately 50 hours per week including overtime.

Qualificações

• Must be able to perform physically demanding construction work.
• Concrete, precast, or rebar experience is preferred for higher-paying positions.
• Reliable transportation to the jobsite is required.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Precast concrete production, when assigned.
• Rebar installation and preparation, as applicable.
• Concrete forming, pouring, and finishing tasks.
• Working with precast beams and structural components.
• Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
