Job summary

A local construction company in Lubbock is seeking a Concrete Laborer to support the construction team through physical labor and various tasks. Ideal candidates will have a willingness to learn, basic knowledge of tools, and a valid driver's license. Responsibilities include assisting with concrete forms, transporting materials, and supporting field personnel. This role requires the ability to work in outdoor conditions and lift at least 50lbs. Weekend availability and OSHA Certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and receive guidance from others.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Previous experience in the construction field (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work weekends if needed.
• OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and setting up concrete forms.
• Transport the necessary materials to different work areas.
• Load and unload materials off trucks.
• Help prepare work sites daily.
• Assist in various other tasks for other field personnel.
