Job summary

NWPX Infrastructure Inc. in Ferris, TX is seeking an entry-level manufacturing helper to assist in producing concrete products. This role requires manual labor, tool handling, and strict safety adherence on the jobsite.

You will read work instructions, assist with material handling, and support loading and unloading trucks while keeping a clean, organized workspace. A high school diploma or GED is required with growth opportunities and benefits.

SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE: Assist with manufacturing of concrete products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform tasks involving strenuous manual labor in manufacturing a variety of concrete products.
• Help maintain a clean jobsite by picking up and storing tools and equipment.
• Perform materials handling and storage.
• Helps Load and unload trucks.
• Follow all safety rules and report any unsafe conditions to the Leads or supervisors.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints and drawings.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

• Past experience working with hand tools, saws, air tools, grinders.
• Experience working with concrete would be preferred, not required

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
