Job summary

AIS Infrastructure Group is seeking a Concrete Laborer to support concrete crews on heavy civil and industrial construction projects across the United States. The role involves site preparation, formwork, pouring, finishing, material handling, and jobsite cleanup while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to project specs.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete construction or heavy civil work.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and instructions.
• Knowledge of common concrete tools and equipment.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA policies.

Responsibilities

• Support concrete forming, pouring, placement, and finishing.
• Assist with site preparation, excavation, grading, and cleanup.
• Move, load, unload, transport, and stage materials and tools on site.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain jobsite safety, housekeeping, and organization per policies.
• Follow supervisor and crew instructions to complete tasks.
