Job summary

We are a family-first, work-smart team seeking an experienced concrete laborer/general laborer with at least seven years of concrete experience to join our crew on prevailing wage projects in Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate will bring reliable transportation, be a team player, work efficiently, and be able to lift 50 lbs,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of concrete or skilled labor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of standard construction equipment and materials.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to perform strenuous tasks with hands and to kneel, bend, and lift heavy materials.
• Ability to read specifications and measure accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and posting forms for pouring concrete and dismantling forms after use.
• Pour or place concrete.
• Install rebar, expansion joints, or carbon fiber.
• Apply finishing coat.
• Follow all safety protocols when using tools and equipment.
• Clean up worksite during and after the project.
• Assist with general laborer duties as needed.
• Prevailing Wage projects.

• Assist in building and posting forms for pouring concrete and dismantles forms after use, using saws, hammers, nails, bolts or form hardware.
• Pour or place concrete.
• Install rebar, expansion joints, or carbon fiber.
• Apply finishing coat.
• Follow all safety protocols when using tools and equipment.
• Clean up worksite during and when the project is complete.
• Assist with general laborer duties as needed.
• Prevailing Wage projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 7+ years of concrete or skilled labor experience preferred
• Knowledge of standard construction equipment and materials
• Must be able to lift (minimum 50 lbs)
