ForceSource is seeking a dedicated Concrete Laborer to join our on-site construction teams in Des Moines, IA. The role focuses on assisting with form setup, pouring, and finish work under safety standards and project specs.

You will work on renovation and hardscape projects with a strong emphasis on quality and teamwork. The ideal candidate has construction experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or related field preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and machinery.
• Commitment to safety standards on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Set up concrete forms and structures.
• Operate concrete mixers and other equipment.
• Perform rebar installation for structural integrity.
• Apply concrete finishing techniques to achieve quality surfaces.
• Use hand and power tools for plastering, masonry, and flooring.
• Read blueprints and project specs.
• Engage in heavy lifting and material handling on-site.
• Collaborate on renovation and hardscape projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area on site.
• Participate in training for equipment operation.
• Work 60+ hours weekly.
