Job summary

Southland Holdings is seeking Concrete Laborers to join our El Paso, TX project. The role requires experience with concrete work and the ability to work outdoors in all weather, with overtime opportunities and strong attendance. OSHA 10/30 preferred, bilingual a plus.

Employees receive competitive pay and benefits; candidates must pass a drug screen and E-Verify check. This is a full-time position with potential for long hours on a critical infrastructure project.

Qualifications

• Construction experience including sewer, utilities, pipeline, and storm drain work.
• Must be physically capable on rugged terrain and in all weather conditions.

• Must pass post-offer drug screen and E-verify all candidates.

Concrete Laborers

• OSHA 10/30 preferred
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Opportunity for lots of working hours!!

Requirements

• Construction experience *Experience laying sanitary sewer, utilities, pipeline, RCP storm drain and waterline.
• Must be physically capable of navigating rugged terrain for purpose of performing duties outlined above.
• Must work in all weather conditions, be prepared for both extreme heat/cold
• Must be able to work independently and maintain a schedule of work
• Exceptional attendance record
• Must be available to work Overtime
• Ability to stand, squat, stoop, bend, lift for extended periods of time
• Must pass post offer drug screen and E-verify all candidates

Desired qualifications

• 1+ Years related experience - Construction experience – Pipeline, water treatment, RCP storm drain.
• OSHA safety training and a current First Aid and CPR certificate
