Job summary

The Boring Company in Bastrop, TX is hiring for construction field labor focused on precast concrete work. You will prepare forms, pour and finish precast products, and help with production and quality control.

This is full-time, year-round work with overtime possibilities and benefits. Candidates should have concrete experience or related construction background, be able to lift 50+ lbs, work well in a team, and show up reliably with a positive attitude.

Job description

The Boring Company was founded to solve the problem of soul-destroying traffic by creating an underground network of tunnels. Today, we are creating the technology to increase tunneling speed and decrease costs by a factor of 10 or more with the ultimate goal of making Hyperloop adoption viable and enabling rapid transit across densely populated regions.

Looking for candidates with experience in precast concrete, concrete finishing, form setting, tying rebar, or general construction field labor preferred.
