ECS Limited is seeking a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Concrete Laboratory Technician to join our Tempe team. No prior experience is required as you will learn under guidance from seasoned professionals, with paid training and certification fee support.

You will perform basic lab tests, assist with sample prep, and help maintain calibration and QA/QC records in a dynamic concrete lab environment. This entry-level role offers growth through on-the-job certification and hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic laboratory tests on concrete and construction material samples under supervision.
• Assists with sample preparation and testing procedures.
• Compiles test results, data input, and administrative duties.
• Maintains a clean and organized laboratory environment and assists with calibration of equipment.
• Notifies supervisors of damaged or missing equipment; supports QA/QC documentation.
