Paycom - ATS in Clarence Center, NY is seeking an experienced skilled laborer to install formwork and pour concrete foundations. You’ll measure layouts, set forms, and work with reinforcement to ensure precise pours on local job sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in formwork installation, concrete pouring, and reinforcement.
• Strong work ethic and reliability; we count on each other to get the job done.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Must have own basic hand tools and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble high-quality formwork for concrete structures.
• Measure and layout footings and foundations.
• Set forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth and align them.
• Work with reinforcement installation and precision concrete pouring.
• Spread, level, and smooth concrete using rake, shovel, hand/power trowel, hand/power screed, and float.
• Adapt to varied job site conditions, including outdoor work and heights.
• Collaborate with a skilled team, delivering craftsmanship you can be proud of.
