Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a construction trades professional in Forsyth, GA to plan, lay out and install forms, rebar, embeds and anchor bolts for concrete structures. You will interpret plans, measure and assemble forms, and finish concrete surfaces to spec.

Responsibilities include erecting and repairing scaffolding and framework, using hand and power tools, and complying with safety and project rules in outdoor conditions, including overtime and nights as required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with related experience.
• Ability to read and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effectively.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools and layout tools safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret prints, drawings, plans and specs; visualize objects in 3D.
• Construct, erect, install and repair structures using hand and power tools.
• Measure, cut, assemble and install forms, rebar, embeds and anchor bolts per specs.
• Erect built-in-place or prefabricated forms; insert spacers and ties to hold dimensions.
• Pour and finish concrete; install items per plans and specs.
