Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Q3 Contracting is a drug-free environment, and all candidates are subject to drug testing.
• Understand the fundamentals and dangers of within the industry.
• Prior construction knowledge required.
• Understands safety zones while working around equipment (backhoes, bore rigs, air compressors, etc).

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of work crew(s) daily to complete the scheduled work in a timely and safe manner.
• Must be able to lead and take responsibility for field operations.
• Ensure crew performs tasks to project timelines and budget.
• Monitor progress against project schedules to management.
• Operate and maintain various sizes of construction equipment.
