Job summary

Clark Pacific is seeking a Plant General Laborer in Woodland, CA. This on-site role supports daily manufacturing, yard operations, and material handling with concrete, rebar, and finishing tasks.

The position emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity in a union environment, with opportunities across production lines, maintenance, and procurement. Candidates should have 6 months+ experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to training and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years in a construction or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in a union environment preferred.
• Willingness to participate in required safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Exercise professionalism and confidentiality in team and project work.
• Follow SOPs and JHAs for materials, equipment, and work areas.
• Handle materials including receiving, storing, disbursement, and delivery.
• Prepare and assemble materials per drawings, including concrete, wood, rebar and metal.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper storage of debris and hazardous materials.
• Operate tools and machinery listed in the job scope.
• Support general yard and manufacturing operations as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
