Job summary

A regional construction company in Longview is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to ensure high-quality finishes on concrete surfaces. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience and a valid driver's license. This full-time role requires the ability to operate tools safely and efficiently while adhering to safety policies. Competitive benefits, including health insurance and 401(k), are offered. Workdays are typically Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with possible evening and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred three (3) years’ experience in concrete form work.
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate tools and equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Smooths and finishes surfaces of poured concrete using hand/tools.
• Signals concrete deliverer to facilitate pouring concrete.
• Removes rough or defective spots from surfaces.
