CMT Services, Inc. is seeking a General Laborer/Finisher to assist with concrete prep, pour, and finish on varied construction projects. The role includes lifting heavy materials, outdoor and indoor work, and a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with a team, follow safety protocols, and help with form setup, finishing, and clean-up. Candidates should have 1–3 years of concrete experience, be able to lift at least 50 lbs, and wear appropriate safety gear.

Formación

• Must be in good physical condition with ability to lift heavy materials.
• 1-3 years of construction or concrete work experience.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools (trowels, screeds, concrete saws).
• Able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Able to work as part of a team and communicate with coworkers.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on various concrete tasks.
• Must lift at least 50 lbs.
• Wear safety gear (hard hat, safety vests, goggles, steel-toe boots).
• Must wear steel-toed boots.
